About the role
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Waratah Landscape Supplies in Gregory Hills, NSW. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy office, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and superior customer service.
What you will be doing
Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism
Greeting and assisting customers at the front desk
Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
Performing data entry and general administrative duties
Providing support to the management team as required
Assisting with the coordination of office supplies and equipment
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we are looking for
excellent phone manner and communication skills
strong attention to detail
ability to work in fast paced environment (seasonal)
great work ethic
landscaping knowledge an advantage but not necessary
MYOB experience an advantage but not necessary
able to work Mon – Fri (rostered Saturdays)
available for immediate start
