Loan Processor

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Loan Processor to join a team based in South Melbourne (Fully Office based). In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for clients, guiding them through the entire loan application process with a focus on providing an exceptional and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Act as a dedicated liaison, providing regular updates and a "human touch" to ensure a smooth process for every client.

Documentation: Collect, verify, and manage all necessary financial documents, from application to approval.

Compliance: Ensure all applications adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the application process.

Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and maintain client information in our systems.

About You:

Proven background in loan processor role required

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel with strong overall computer skills.

Highly detail-oriented with a knack for managing timelines effectively.

A confident, cheerful, and proactive team player who is eager to learn.

• Experience with Apply Online AOL required
• Experience reading income
