This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail orientated Order Processor/Planner to join a small supportive team. You will develop, manage and optimise orders to align with customer requirements and production schedules, with a focus on seamless execution of logistics operations.

The role links sales, manufacturing and warehouse departments balancing orders, maximising transport efficiency and delivery expectations. It requires a proactive approach to problem solving and communication.

Based in Dandenong South, reporting to the Operations Manager and collaborating with a team where your ideas and input matters.

What you’ll be doing (with full training provided):

Achieve delivery in full and on time for orders

Process orders to warehouse for fulfilment

Arrange freight and logistics

Follow up orders confirming scheduling and target dates are met using ERP

Liaise with sales, manufacturing and warehouse regarding order progress and freight status

Communicate order status and initiate recovery plan where required

Monitor and implement improvement processes

What we’re looking for:

Minimum 2 years’ experience or formal related education

Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems, ideally Dynamic 365 Business Central

Proficient in MS Office Word & Excel and confidence working with data analysis

Strong written and verbal communication skills
