The Role

As our Customer Services Manager, you’ll be the glue between clients, brokers, and lenders. You’ll help keep things running smoothly, make clients feel like VIPs, and learn the ropes of mortgage broking along the way.

Supporting home loan deals from start to finish

Managing docs, data entry, and compliance timelines

Chatting with clients, brokers, lenders, and referrers

Getting to know the systems and tech that make it all work
