Party Hire Group is a leading hire company supplying the event industry with a vast suite of event hire products, covering both Sydney and Melbourne. We provide a range of hire equipment covering everything from marquees, to staging, furniture hire, wedding and styling products, dance floors, sound and lighting, glow furniture and much more. We service an array of clients covering various industries including the corporate sector, weddings, government institutions and schools, sporting groups, major brands, festivals and private clients.

An opportunity has come up to join our growing office team. The role involves helping co ordinate multiple events across the week, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and administration both on the phone and email to ensure a smooth process from initial enquiry right through to booking and delivery.

The role involves attending to enquiries for our hire products for both our Sydney and Melbourne divisions, providing information and quotes, as well as booking the events in and managing the event process till delivery by our operations team. Events range from small intimate private parties, through to large scale festivals, corporate events, weddings and more

We are seeking a new staff member to join our existing team for a full time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm. Work will be based from our office at Auburn.

Applicants should have some experience working in either customer service, administration or events. It would be highly regarded to have studied an events course but not essential. You should be well written, organised, proficient in outlook email and be comfortable on the phone with customer service.

All training will be provided to the successful applicant. Monthly team bonus is also paid on top of an above industry average salary.
