JLF Corporation are a 40+year residential land developer with a diversity of businesses across property development, house + land sales and mortgage broking. We are a medium sized family business with offices on the Gold Coast (Head Office), Melbourne and Sydney. We are on the hunt for a dynamic BDM in Capital Funds who will work closely with the Managing Director, CFO, Development Director, Marketing and Developments teams.
Role Overview
JLF Corporation offer a number of passive investment opportunities allowing retail investors to make a return on their money. These investments range between project based and various financial service entities.
The purpose of the Capital Funds Manager is to execute and manage funds by continually engaging with investors, raising capital for new projects and remaining highly organised managing diary and key dates.
Key Skills Required
Exceptional phone/communication skills
Expert in client relationships and familiarity with sales
Intermediate - Advanced in Microsoft Office; particularly Outlook email, calendar, word and excel.
Comfortable following up clients & communicating investment opportunities and structure
Build relationships with clients and relative internal departments

What You'll Be Doing
Raising, Renewing & Managing Investor Funds
Continually engaging with Investors by way of updates & client relationship management
Bringing forward new ideas on how we can engage with retail investors
Phone & Virtual Meetings with Investors
Continual phone based engagement with clients
Pulling lists to find and meet with new prospective retail investors
Preparing Key Documentation
Updating & creating pitch documentation - i.e Information Memorandums
EDM's to Investors and Prospective Investors
Weekly Reporting on funds status
Emailing and following up with Investors
Managing Critical Dates
Highly effective diary management and planning ahead
Communicating with accounts and developments team
Liaising with key stakeholders
