Operating across Victoria, Sydney, and Western Australia, we are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our Melbourne team and lead one of our established locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

-Oversee the day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth service and operational efficiency.

-Maintain strict quality control and ensure all operational guidelines are followed.

-Lead, train, and develop both kitchen and floor teams to achieve excellence.

-Provide monthly insights on local area marketing opportunities and customer behaviour to improve the guest experience.

-Collaborate with Head Office and contribute ideas for operational and customer experience improvements.
