Position vacant: Chef
Location: Sunshine Coast, Mooloolaba Beach Bar & Grill
Position type: Full time
Start date: Immediate
Salary: 70-80k plus super
Key responsibilities:
-Prepare meals to the highest standard
-Assist in directing other kitchen team members where needed.
-Follow instruction of the head chef and support them in their role.
-Ensure food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times
-Work efficiently under pressure
-Manage stock, ordering and help reduce wastage.
About you:
-You must have at least 1 years experience as a chef.
-Reliable, team player.
-Have a passion for food
-Have good knowledge of food safety and allergen management.
-Be prepared to work a 5 day roster.
-Have certificate IV in Kitchen Management or equivalent.
