Sous Chef and Chef de Partie – Join Boutique Dining & Catering
Boutique Dining & Catering, an increasingly popular restaurant located on the waterfront at Salacia Waters, Paradise Point, are expanding our back-of-house team, as we continue to grow.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full-time or Part-time Sous Chef or Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, our Boutique family, and help us deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will be working closely with our Head Chef & team of qualified Chefs.

At Boutique Dining & Catering, we pride ourselves in offering high-quality, beautifully presented dishes in a relaxed waterfront setting. Our venue serves daily breakfast and lunch, with an addition of Dinner on Monday & Tuesday evenings.

Available Position
Full-time (40 hours) OR Permanent Part-Time (30 to 38 hours per week).
About the Role
The successful candidate will be working in a positive atmosphere with a fantastic work/life balance. At times it can become a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including:
Executing and maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation
Ensuring consistency in all dishes in line with the Boutique Dining & Catering brand
Following established kitchen procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen while adhering to food safety standards
Working collaboratively as part of a professional kitchen team
What We Are Looking For
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:
A minimum of three years experience in an a la carte café/restaurant setting
Strong breakfast and lunch service experience, with the ability to manage high-volume periods
Ability to work autonomously in slower periods and on Head Chef's RDOs
Proven ability to work efficiently and consistently under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality dishes
MUST have availability to work weekends
A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to be part of an expanding team
