Pure Plumbing is an established residential and commercial plumbing company based in Coburg North. Business is booming, and as we continue to grow, we’re searching for a driven Operations Manager to help us take things to the next level.

Your role will include:

Organising and managing day-to-day operations to ensure the team runs effectively

Scheduling and supporting trades to maximise labour utilisation

Tracking and hitting key company targets (gross profit %, rework % and labour utilization)

Implementing systems and processes to improve workflow and productivity

Leading people: from recruitment and onboarding through to performance management

Running fortnightly one-on-one check-ins (“20s”) with staff

Overseeing back costing reports and ensuring jobs are delivered on budget

What we need from you:

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Experience managing people, setting KPIs and creating accountability

A practical mindset with the ability to think on your feet and solve problems

Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others succeed

A background in plumbing, construction or trades is highly regarded but not essential
