As a Customer Service Admin Support
You'll be the first point of contact for clients, managing quote requests, building strong relationships, and following up on sales tenders. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service while supporting both customers and internal teams. This position suits someone proactive, well-organised, and confident, juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
What will you be doing?
- Answering incoming calls from customers.
- Handling requests for invoices, account information, and general enquiries.
- Data entry and general administrative support as required.
Do you have?
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities with a talent for multitasking
- Confident in handling customer enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Proficient in Excel, email, XERO, and general office software
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly regarded.
- Team-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
