Role Description
We are recruiting a Membership & Administration Support role to join our small, dynamic team. This role is predominantly focused on delivering our calendar years membership renewal process, implementing our new membership model in 2026, and being our subject matter expert on our membership management system, currently Mition.
You will also be required to provide support to our Business Administration Co-ordinator, C.E.O, and events program as a secondary priority.
Primary Key Accountabilities (70%)
Implement our calendar year membership renewal process
Implement our new membership model in 2026
Be the first point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for our Membership Management System (currently Mition).
Develop and deliver a project plan to transition to our new membership model in 2026.
Secondary Key Accountabilities (30%)
Provide support for accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes via our Financial Management System (currently Xero).
Support our CEO with administrative tasks and prepare reports
Coordinate and facilitate meetings for Groups, Networks, and Advisory Committees when required.
Provide hands-on event support for conferences, interest days, and charity events.
Our ideal candidate will have some of the following:
Association membership management system experience
A current driver’s licence and ability to travel interstate as needed
Association experience (desirable)
Financial management system experience (Xero / MYOB desirable)
Personal Attributes
