This is your chance to step into a senior-level, hands-on role at a luxury residential building. This high-spec, beautifully designed building with spectacular views needs a manager!

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the go-to onsite presence, responsible for:

Day-to-day building operations and resident support

Contractor coordination and quote/invoice management

Stakeholder liaison with strata, body corporate, and residents

Defect management and new building setup

Preventative maintenance, incident reporting, and compliance

Coordination of resident move-ins and site-specific requirements

You’ll report directly to the supportive and down-to-earth Property Services Manager and work closely with an additional Building Manager and Property Manager on-site. While this is a senior role, you won’t have any direct internal reports - but you’ll lead from the front with external contractors and residents alike.

What We’re Looking For

We need a plug-and-play operator who’s confident, polished, and ready to hit the ground running. You’ll bring:

Proven experience in on-site building management or facilities roles

Strong contractor and strata management capability

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence)

Ability to work independently and calmly under pressure

Bonus: White Card or First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

$110,000 + Super + Phone Allowance

Monday to Friday, on-site in Norwest (no WFH)
