We are seeking a highly organised and driven NPD Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in managing the end-to-end execution of new product development projects in the health supplement category.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

Lead and manage multiple New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept through to commercial launch, applying best-practice project management methodologies.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Establish and maintain clear project structures including timelines, deliverables, gate documents, team roles, and progress reporting.

Oversee the end-to-end NPD process, ensuring timely completion of internal approvals, documentation, and critical milestones.

Participate in the annual NPD planning cycle, conducting market and product research to support data-driven development strategies.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in project processes to enhance efficiency and execution.

Prepare and deliver clear project updates, plans, and progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage detailed project plans, outlining deliverables, timelines, resource allocation, and budget controls.

Assist in the creation of realistic schedules, project scopes, and contingency plans to manage risk and change.

Monitor and report on project performance, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and defined objectives.

Risk and Stakeholder Management

Identify potential project risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies to minimise disruption.

Act as the central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project activities in compliance with internal governance and regulatory frameworks.

Work collaboratively across functions including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Marketing to support successful product delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Science, or a related field or project management certification

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in NPD or FMCG-related project management; experience in health, nutrition, or beauty industries is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
