The Role
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Laser & Skin Therapist to join our growing team. This diverse role includes performing advanced skin treatments, managing front-of-house duties, and promoting professional skincare products.

You’ll work closely with our clients to help them achieve their skin goals, while also representing the brand in reception and retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Perform laser treatments (hair removal and skin rejuvenation) in line with clinic protocols

Deliver SkinPen® microneedling, chemical peels, and customised facials

Conduct thorough client consultations, treatment planning, and skin assessments

Maintain accurate treatment notes and client records

Manage reception duties including booking appointments, answering enquiries, and taking payments

Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and online

Recommend and sell our professional skincare range (Aspect Dr) with confidence and product knowledge

Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and front-of-house presentation to a high standard

Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and QLD laser licensing requirements

About You

Laser Licence (Full or Learner) for QLD is essential, with demonstrated experience using medical-grade lasers

Minimum 2 years experience in skin therapy, beauty therapy, or dermal therapy preferred

Proficiency in performing microneedling, peels, and facials

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach

Strong retail sales ability and product knowledge

Impeccable grooming and presentation in line with a luxury clinic environment

A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
