About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Beauty Therapist to join our dynamic team in a hybrid role focused on Client Engagement and Clinic Support. This is a hands-on, all-rounder position that blends exceptional customer service with day-to-day operational support. You’ll work closely with our manager, senior therapists, and nurses to help ensure smooth clinic operations, outstanding client experiences, and efficient daily logistics.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism

Proactively follow up on new client enquiries with timely outbound calls, confidently guiding them through our services and encouraging them to book an appointment

Support front desk duties including answering inbound calls, managing bookings, and following up on client enquiries

Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and treatment reminders

Assist senior therapists and nurses in preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinic readiness

Manage room turnovers efficiently between appointments

Help maintain a clean, organised, and beautiful clinic environment

Assist in stock takes, inventory management, and restocking of supplies

Support the manager with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties

Contribute to team efforts in delivering 5-star customer service and building lasting client relationships

Learn and grow through ongoing training, mentorship, and hands-on experience

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Beauty Therapist (Cert III or working towards completion)

Outstanding verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner

Passionate about skincare, beauty, and helping others feel confident and cared for

Strong phone confidence and the ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections professionally, communicate clearly and persuasively, and convert enquiries into bookings with ease.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail

A team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a can-do approach

Reliable, punctual, and able to work Saturdays and some evenings up to 6pm.

Previous customer service or front desk experience highly regarded
