Tasks & Responsibilities of the role

Enjoy NOT performing body waxing or full body massage or mani or pedi

Comprehensive understanding of skin physiology

Perform comprehensive skin assessments and skin analysis

Confidently consult and educate clients' based individual needs, concerns, and desired outcomes

Develop and execute customised treatment plans

Explanation of pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment information to clients

Perform treatments such as Bespoke Facials, LED treatments, PRIN Lymphatic (preferred but not a must), Skin Needling (preferred but not a must) and be open to learning advanced treatments and commit to trainings that correspond to treatments

Provide expert cosmeceutical skincare guidance based on detailed ingredient knowledge – Dermaviduals Skin Care and a practicing Corneotherapist

Perform occasional eyebrow/lip waxing and eyebrows/eyelash tinting, brow laminations and lash lifts

Proactively assist with reception duties when needed

Maintain accurate and detailed client records

Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty

Collaborate with the team, to ensure seamless client experiences and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment

Consistently meet and exceed performance targets, including revenue goals, client retention rates, and customer satisfaction metrics

Adhere to all relevant legal, ethical, and safety regulations of the industry

Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
