🎯 The Role:

Lash lifts and brow transformations (sculpt, dye, lamination)

Basic skin treatments with the opportunity to advance into advanced skin

Confident consultations with treatment planning and retail prescriptions

Creating a consistent and calm experience for every client

Showing up with professionalism, heart, and sparkle!

📚 Our Standards & Expectations:

A Cert IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy

1+ years of hands-on experience (lashes, brows, and skin)

Willingness to learn, grow and receive feedback

A strong understanding of client care and long-term relationship building

Punctuality, presentation and personal accountability is a MUST

A true love for the industry and being part of a high-performance team

A drive to reach personal and clinic KPI’s along with incentives
