Our cosmetic clinic encompasses a wide range of aesthetic services including dermal therapies, skin rejuvenation technologies, injectables and body sculpting.

Inigo is looking for a Part Time or Casual (full time may be negotiated for exceptional an candidate) Dermal Therapist, Dermal Clinician or Beauty Therapist (experienced in skin treatments) with a laser licence, an artistic eye, an approachable and friendly manner and a passion for for healthy skin. We are looking for someone with amazing inter-personal skills and a thorough knowledge of dermal science, who has a genuine interest in providing a luxurious experience while improving client's skin health through long term, bespoke treatment plans.

The successful applicant will have:

Bachelor of Dermal Science, Bachelor of Health science (Dermal Therapies/Aesthetics) or Advanced Diploma of Cosmetic Dermal Science or a Diploma of Beauty Therapy (with equivalent industry experience in skin based treatments highly regarded)

Possession of a laser licence and experience using laser therapies for skin treatments

A broad knowledge of all dermal modalities and the ability to work with and incorporate other cosmetic modalities into client treatment plans

Strong consultation skills

Knowledge of Rationale, iS Clinical, PRIN and O Cosmetics treatments and products highly valued, but not essential

Experience using Er:YAG lasers, Emface, Emtone, Hydrafacial, RF microneedling (Exion/Morpheus8), IPL, MiniFX, Emsculpt Neo, Emsella and Dermapen highly regarded

Strong organisational and time management skills

A passion for collaborating with other staff

A keen attention to detail including note taking

An outgoing, friendly nature and the ability to convert sales

The ability to work in a team and cross refer between treatments and staff

Experience taking clinical before and afters as well as in-treatment photographs/videos valued

The ability to work evenings and Saturdays

The role:

Undertake thorough dermal consultations with the aim to create ongoing skin management plans

Prescribe and perform medical grade skin treatments

Ensure an exceptional experience for each client through personal touches, including knowing clients by their first name, being familiar with their skin goals and creating long-lasting relationships based around extensive skin management plans

Recommend in-clinic and at home services from our entire portfolio

Take a true interest in each client's skin journey

Take part in in-clinic training and undertake continued self-directed education

Provide mentorship and training to other staff where applicable

2-4 days per week plus Saturday shifts preferable.
