About the Role
Éramai in Crown is a luxury skincare and beauty destination located on the Crown Riverwalk in Melbourne. We are currently seeking a polished, confident, and experienced Receptionist / Front of House to join our dynamic team.

This role is fast-paced and customer-facing. You will play a central role in delivering a seamless and professional client experience — from the first point of contact through to appointment coordination and support. Working within a luxury retail and treatment setting, your professionalism, grooming, and service delivery must be of the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in clients in a warm, professional, and polished manner

Manage bookings, walk-ins, and general enquiries (in person, phone, and email)

Coordinate with the clinical and sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Maintain immaculate presentation and cleanliness of the reception and treatment areas

Handle transactions, invoicing, and client communication follow-up

Assist with occasional social media content posting (not mandatory, but preferred)

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or guest services role (ideally in luxury retail, beauty, wellness, or hospitality)

Impeccable grooming and presentation — this role requires strict adherence to Crown Melbourne’s appearance standards

Strong multitasking and time-management skills in a busy, client-facing environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Calm, confident, and solutions-focused under pressure

Familiarity with booking platforms such as Acuity Scheduling, Squarespace, or similar is advantageous (not essential)

Full-time availability across weekdays and weekends is essential — this role is not suitable for applicants with limited availability due to study or other commitments

Two-week paid training period at $25 per hour
