· Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8am – 4.30pm

· $70k - $75k per annum plus super based on skills and experience

About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and organised Warehouse Team Leader to join Summit Power in Albury. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse & Distribution Manager to ensure operations run smoothly — from receiving and storage through to picking, packing, and dispatch.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll maintain efficiency, accuracy, and safety, while supporting a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Support and assist the Warehouse Manager in day-to-day operations.

Work towards overseeing a small but effective team of staff

Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.

Maintain high inventory accuracy with correct stock handling.

Assist with and lead stocktakes and cycle counts.

Operate ERP/WMS systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred).

Ensure compliance with WHS policies and safe equipment use.

Communicate effectively with sales, purchasing, and customer service teams.

Promote a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment.

Identify process improvements and take initiative to implement them.

About You

Experience in a warehouse role with leadership or 2IC experience desirable.

Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on teamwork

Experience with warehouse ERP systems – MS Office Business Central highly desired.

Forklift licence or a willingness to get one & logistics/warehousing qualification advantageous.

Proactive, detail-focused, and committed to safety and service excellence.

Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment where pivoting & prioritisation is vital
