Warehouse Team Leader – Job Description

eSafety Supplies is a successful Australian Owned Company that specialising in supplying of safety products. Due to our growing business, we are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader to join our team in Wetherill Park.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the warehouse and staff. This role will involve developing and maintaining policies, procedure manuals, budget & reports. Duties will also include training, supervising, evaluating performance levels and assigning workloads to warehouse workers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all orders are prepared and delivered by the department in a timely manner.
- Liaise with the warehouse Manager, where required, regularly to ensure freight is staged and ready for loading through strong collaboration and communication to meet set KPI's.
- Maintain all measures and activities in place to ensure that all picks are completed in the appropriate timeframes.
- Any other duties as required by the Warehouse Manager or office staff

Requirements:
- Warehouse background is essential
- Must be self-motivated and organised
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to multitask
- Can- do attitude
- Possess leadership qualities
- Forklift License
