About the Role:

As a Service Advisor for our business, your role is to:

Drive the workload for the department

Manage our client's customer experience from booking, greeting, sales opportunities and explanation of work performed.

You are the face of the department and a customer service professional. Your role is to exceed the customers' expectations at all times, and in turn, they are customers for life!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage your customers experience

Manage the daily workload for the department

Maximise all sales and GP opportunities

Maintain accurate records

Build and maintain a customer base

Skills and Experience:

Experience as a Service Advisor is essential

Top level customer service skills

Excellent communication skills

High level of time management skills is essential

Experience in using dealer management systems
