Job Opportunity –
There is no doubt that this role has its challenges, and we need someone that is well organized and can handle a fast-paced environment. In some days your feet won’t touch the ground, and your day will move so fast, your day is just blur. You will need to know how to control each situation but make sure that every job is completed and done with accuracy. Customer service is key to this role along with excellent communication to all levels from management to workshop staff.
Engage directly with customers to assist with parts and service enquiries
Process over-the-counter and phone sales, including quoting, invoicing, and dispatch
Support internal sales and service departments with parts and job scheduling
Book service work and communicate job status to customers
Conduct stock control, including picking, packing, and stocktakes
Help ensure the parts and service departments run efficiently and professionally
It’s down to you how everything is controlled in the business, you will be the first person the customer meets and last one they talk with. It is imperative that you can control the situation and have excellent attention to detail whilst supporting / resolving / fixing / troubleshooting whatever its needs you’re the go to person.
Candidate Requirements –
· 2+ Years in Interpreting Parts
· Mechanical background – Trade or maybe mechanically minded
· Excellent phone manners and customer service skills
· Motivated and good energy for the branch
· Excellent IT skills
· Listening skills with the ability to provide clear precise communication
Salary Package –
Full training will be provided along with support from senior management, Greta career path and the ability to work your way through the business into an area that your desire.
· Base Salary - $90,000 to $100,000
· Superannuation – 12%
· Annual Salary review
· 4 Weeks Holiday
· Secure employment
· Weekly pay
· Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
