Our client a leading Canberra based business with a wonderful history and a number of successful sites. We are currently sourcing a committed and resourceful individual to join their team as a Service advisor.
The role:
On offer is a well experienced and details focussed Service Advisor for a successful high end/luxury automotive service department.
You need to share a passion for quality cars and be focussed on satisfying the requirements and building relationships of the customers through your remarkable service and aftersales support.
Your core duties & responsibilities will include:
- Accountable for delivering a high quality service for all customers
- Accountable for customer-satisfaction
- Develop and maintain excellent service levels with both new and existing customers.
- Working with team members and other departments to ensure that service levels are maintained
- Fostering and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous Service advisor experience in a dealership
- Exceptionally strong qualities in driving customer satisfaction through high quality customer service.
- Computer literacy with experience in Automotive DMS systems
- Remarkable customer service skills
- Outstanding and professional personal presentation
- Manual driver's licence is mandatory
About You:
You're extremely detail orientated and have a drive to perform. You'll be able to demonstrate:
- You have proven written and oral communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
- Disciplined with remarkable organisational skills to meet targets and purpose.
- Effective and efficient use of time to ensure a productive workflow.
