Seeking staff in Western Australia for an exciting new career opportunity with Jim's Group. We have multiple Full-Time and Part-Time positions available for enthusiastic and like minded people to join our team within the Jim's Group Customer Contact Centre as an Inbound Call Centre Operator. Taking incoming calls across Australia & NZ for our 50+ Divisions. You will be working from home, with full support.

About the Role
Answering incoming calls, responding to all questions and enquiries
Answering and responding to emails & live web chats
Liaising and building strong relationships with internal and external company stakeholders
Data entry and processing of jobs/enquiries using inhouse CRM system
Handle complaint enquiries and escalate where necessary
General administration duties including set up of new Franchisee’s, client transfers and updating system records where necessary
About You
As the successful candidate you will have:
The ability to engage with a diverse range of clients and operate with care and compassion
Strong customer service skills to support a range of customer queries including feedback and complaints
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong work ethic
The ability to work both independently and within a greater team
Confidence in your technical abilities with strong computer and telephone skills
You have reliable, high speed internet access. Due to the nature of this role, we cannot accommodate candidates with unstable or inconsistent internet. Ongoing connectivity issues will impact performance and may result in contract termination.
You must maintain a professional, distraction-free home work environment with uninterrupted internet access throughout scheduled shifts.
You will be expected to handle incoming calls without delay or dropouts—reliability is non-negotiable in this customer-facing role.
What to Expect
The Jim's Group call centre is open 6am - 7pm, Monday - Friday
The Jim's Group call centre is open 6am - 3pm, Saturday and Sunday
The call centre is open on most public holidays throughout the year (the call centre will honour all WA Public Holidays)
The successful applicant will be subject to a rotating roster which will include one weekend shift every every second week
We will supply the laptop and headset you will require for this role, which remains the property of Jim's Group
