About the Role

We are seeking to fill Full-Time and Part-Time positions (8 hour shifts) within our call centre.

The successful candidate would expect the following responsibilities as part of their role (including but not limited to):

Answering incoming calls, responding to questions and directing enquiries

Answering and responding to emails & live web chats

Liaising and building strong relationships with internal and external company stakeholders

Data entry and processing of jobs/enquiries using inhouse CRM system

Handle complaint enquiries and escalate where necessary

General administrative duties

What to Expect

The successful applicant will be required to work a rotating roster which will include one day every second weekend

The Jim's Group call centre is open 5am - 10pm, Monday - Sunday.

Shifts:

Are released to staff up to one month in advance.

Are 8 hours duration per day and may fall anywhere between our open hours.

The call centre is open on most public holidays throughout the year

Supportive induction training program facilitated by the Call Centre Manager and Team Leaders

One-on-one ongoing training and mentoring provided during the course of employment to ensure continued success
