Job role:
Being an integral member of the Customer Service Team, your main priority is to contribute effectively and efficiently in assisting and maintaining a high standard of customer service satisfaction with customers while meeting organisational KPI’s.This position is located onsite at our Narre Warren office.
Tasks undertaken include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answering of general and more specific customer enquiries in relation to products, delivery times, fabric samples etc.
- Reviewing and taking customer orders over the phone.
- Accurate generation of customer quotations.
- Accurate generation of customer orders.
- Assisting with product information and troubleshooting enquiries.
- Effective record keeping on customer records during each contact.
- Liaising with suppliers for manufacturing updates and enquiries
- Liaising with freight carriers for freight and delivery enquiries.
- Liaising with various organisational departments.
- Assessing and submitting faulty product rework requests when required.
- Confirming and submitting Parts Requests when required.
*Full In-House Training provided*
Schedule:
- 8 hour shifts on a fortnightly rotating roster. (73 hours a fortnight).
- 1 Week Monday to Friday 10am- 6pm, 1 Week Monday to Friday 7am-3pm with 1 RDO a fortnight.
- 1 Saturday shift a fortnight 9am-3pm
Experience:
- Inbound call centre: 1 year (Preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
