The Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll work closely with our sales and accounts teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This isn’t a repetitive call-centre job – you’ll gain exposure to different areas of the business, work with a variety of stakeholders, and develop skills you can use throughout your career.

Your day might include:

Answering and assisting with customer phone enquiries

Managing our shared inbox and responding to requests

Liaising with dealerships and suppliers

Completing client account reconciliations

Supporting the team with admin and coordination tasks

We’re looking for someone who:

Has great attention to detail (nothing gets past you!)

Communicates clearly and confidently – on the phone and in writing

Is tech-savvy and comfortable with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and new systems

Can juggle tasks and manage time well

Bonus: Experience in salary packaging, leasing, or payroll is a plus (but not essential)
