
Customer Service Officer (Warehousing)

Here is an opportunity for a motivated customer service person who can respond efficiently to enquiries, quotes and other requests from internal/external customers, and ensure information is processed quickly.
As part of this business's small but dedicated team, you will bring a clear understanding of how to deliver service consistency, particularly via phone and online. Your administration and computer skills will compliment those talents as you use their CRM and other software tools.
A typical day will involve:
Engaging with and building positive relationships with customers via phone and email
Processing of quotes and sales orders
Gathering and sharing key updates and other information about customer enquiries and orders
Handling and resolving any customer complaints and unexpected service matters promptly
General data entry and records keeping
This role will suit a strong team player who enjoys building relationships with both colleagues and customers.
What you will need:
Min 3-5 years’ experience in similar front-line customer service or sales administration work (those with experience in warehousing or warehousing administration will be highly regarded)
A confident and positive phone manner
Clear written communication skills to engage professionally with customers and other stakeholders via email
Demonstrated computer skills to learn and use business CRMs
A passion for customer service!
In return you will be joining an established small business and close-knit team. The salary for this full time position will be 50,000-$55,000 + Superannuation + Bonus (sales targets).
