We’re looking for a sharp, no-nonsense Customer Service & Scheduling Officer to join our growing Domestic, Light Commercial & Service Division at Russell Air.
This is a full-time, office based role for someone who thrives on structure, communicates clearly, and owns their responsibilities. If you’ve got a proactive mindset, a steady hand under pressure, and a genuine drive to grow with a growing business, this might be your next big move.
What you’ll be doing:
Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for inbound calls and emails
Schedule service, installation and callout jobs across our domestic and light commercial projects
Coordinate with our field technicians and customers via SimPRO
Confirm bookings, follow up quotes, and check in with customers post job
Communicate clearly about job timings, delays or reschedules
Assist in resolving customer concerns with confidence and care
Manage technician calendars and support operations in daily planning
Help track monthly KPIs, stock and labour
Keep the office running smooth, safe and tidy
Support with general admin tasks as needed
What you bring to the table:
3+ years’ experience in scheduling/admin/customer service roles
Certificate III in Business Administration (desirable)
Strong Microsoft Office and Gmail skills; SimPRO experience highly regarded
Confident and professional communication both written and verbal
Ability to multitask without losing your cool
A proactive, solution focused mindset
A no-BS approach; reliable, accountable, and ready to get things done
