1. Director, 2IC, Educational Leader and Early Childhood Educators (Certificate III, Diploma Qualified, ECT, and Trainee) – Full-time, part-time and casual
We are looking for enthusiastic Early Childhood Educators who are passionate about shaping young minds and providing high-quality education and care to children aged 0-6, while staying accountable to an amazing team of leaders that shares the same values. Our educators will have access to a wide range of resources and flexible working hours to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement, and evaluate programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Document children's progress through observations, learning stories, and assessments.
• Build strong relationships with families, engaging them in their child’s learning journey.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create an engaging, safe, and positive environment.
• Adhere to the National Quality Standards (NQS) and uphold professional ethics.
Qualifications:
• Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards these qualifications).
• Sound understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Valid Working with Children Check, First Aid/CPR certificate, and Child Protection training.
