About the Role:
Lead and mentor your room team to deliver high-quality education and care
Plan and implement engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and regulatory requirements
Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher) OR Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
Previous experience as a Room Leader
Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
A passion for early childhood education and a collaborative team approach
