Hold the right qualifications & experience:

Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification

Experience leading a room and mentoring others

Bring leadership, professionalism & knowledge:

Calm, confident, and grounded presence

Strong working knowledge of EYLF V2.0, NQS, and National Law & Regulations

Ability to embed compliance and quality practice in authentic ways
