Digital access is a human right, and at The Concordia Initiative we work to make sure every Australian—regardless of circumstance—can access the devices, connectivity, and opportunities they need to thrive.

From delivering free high-speed broadband to entire housing communities, to rolling out networks in remote towns where connectivity has never existed, to providing devices and SIM cards to people facing hardship, our work tackles one of the biggest barriers to participation in modern life: the digital divide.

We’re now looking for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to grow our network of supporters and work with like-minded organisations to bring life-changing access to more people across Australia.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

Design and deliver a corporate partnerships strategy that aligns with our mission and goals.

Build and manage relationships with corporate and philanthropic partners.

Identify and secure funding, sponsorship, and in-kind contributions.

Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and impact reports.

Represent The Concordia Initiative at events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Collaborate with our programs and communications teams to ensure partnerships deliver real-world impact.

Maintain accurate records and track partnership performance in our CRM.

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in corporate giving, fundraising, business development, or a related field (experience in the not-for-profit sector is an advantage).

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Strategic thinking and the ability to spot and pursue new opportunities.

Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.

Passion for social equity, inclusion, and our mission to close the digital divide.

Willingness to travel nationally for partner meetings and events.

Tertiary qualifications in fundraising, marketing, business, communications, or related areas are desirable.
