The resort is home to 10,000 residents who enjoy incredible facilities and a truly stunning environment.
The Opportunity Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of SLRS, with a focus on Owners Corporation management, administration, and resort maintenance. This is a newly created role due to an organisational restructure and leads a team of 5.

You'll oversee financials, resource planning, and team performance, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. You'll also play a key role in stakeholder engagement and turning strategy into action to support a safe, sustainable, and vibrant resort lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and inclusiveness.
• Manage OC budgets, levy collection, invoices, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, maintain records, and respond to OC committee and resident enquiries.
• Oversee common property maintenance, including contractor management and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, manage disputes, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement, align operations with strategic goals, and report to the GM and Board.
• Promote a safe and healthy workplace by championing health, safety, and wellbeing practices.

About You:

• Proven experience in Owners Corporation or property management including understanding of the Owners Corporation Act
• Strong financial, legal, and governance acumen.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in commerce, law, finance or a related field.
• A collaborative leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence required
