We’re seeking two high-energy Inside Sales professionals to join our client’s growing team. You’ll handle warm inbound enquiries, convert them into loyal customers, and proactively uncover new business. If you thrive in a B2B environment, understand industrial products, and value honesty, accountability and clever solutions, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage inbound calls, emails and website enquiries, providing tailored technical advice and solutions
Prepare, present and follow up on quotes to secure sales and build repeat business
Reconnect with lapsed accounts and identify new sales opportunities
Support the external sales team with lead generation and appointment setting
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of equipment
Stay across product knowledge, new technologies and industry trends
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in internal sales, account management or technical customer service (B2B preferred)
Comfortable working with technical products or equipment, ideally in an industrial or trade-related setting
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organised, proactive and able to follow through from first contact to completion
A can-do attitude, curiosity and willingness to find better ways of working
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
