We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team and drive our in-home sales efforts.

The Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting in-home consultations with clients, showcasing Save N Seal re-grouting services, and closing sales. Fully qualified leads provided. This role is perfect for a self-driven individual with a passion for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs for shower and balcony re-grouting.
- Present Save N Seal services, demonstrating the value and quality of our solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective closing techniques.
- Provide accurate quotes and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in-home sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Valid driver’s license (company car provided).
- Basic computer skills for managing customer records and sales reports.
- Knowledge of the home improvement or construction industry is a plus but not required.
