This is an exciting opening for a proactive Payroll Officer to join an outstanding People and Culture team.

Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include but not be limited to:

• Coordinating payroll for a sizeable workforce, working collaboratively within the payroll team
• Handling onboarding paperwork for new hires and processing exit documentation for departing employees
• Managing salary increases, and assisting with end-of-month and year-end payroll activities
• Responding promptly and courteously to all payroll inquiries from across the organisation
• Performing daily administrative tasks such as filing, preparing starter packs, creating employee folders, collecting and reimbursing police checks

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience with a large payroll system such as SAP, PayGlobal, ADP, iChris
• Exceptional attention to detail—ensuring accuracy in every calculation and task
• Strong time management and organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities with ease
• Excellent verbal and written communication—clear, professional, and responsive
• Ability to thrive under deadlines in a collaborative team environment
