We are currently seeking a Client Services Officer for a well-established and respected firm in Geelong that prides itself on a collaborative, innovative, and supportive workplace with strong staff retention.

The main purpose of the role is to provide efficient and proactive support to Financial Advisers, ensuring internal processes run smoothly and the team operates to the highest standards.
This role is diverse and dynamic. Some of your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Preparation of portfolio valuations including asset and liability schedules, performance calculations, and asset allocation
Liaising with Fund Managers, Superannuation Providers, Brokers, and other third parties to facilitate advice implementation and follow-up on transactions
Assisting with contribution calculations and financial directions management
Maintaining and optimising Xplan, including reviewing and updating processes and templates to ensure relevance and accuracy
Coordinating annual reviews and Financial Directions (FDs) / opt-in processes
Supporting initiatives aimed at improving processes, technology use, and operational efficiency
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience in a financial planning or advisory environment with a track record of delivering effective support
Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Proficiency in technology, with Xplan experience considered an advantage
SMSF experience is highly desirable
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving processes
