ABOUT US

Cindy’s Hairdressing Salon is a boutique, thriving salon with a supportive team of six – and we’re looking for a passionate, organised, and people-focused Salon Manager to guide our team, drive success, and keep our clients looking and feeling fabulous. The role will be approximately 30% Management duties, and 70% Hairdressing.

Location: Mount Barker Village Shopping Centre (free all-day parking & easily accessible by public transport).

ABOUT THE ROLE

Please note: You will need to be a confident and experienced Senior Hairdresser to be eligible to apply for this role. Previous salon management or salon ownership experience is a definite advantage.

Hours: Full time, 38 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

• Option for Part time, minimum 30 hours per week if preferred.
• Ability to work 1 late night (Wednesday or Thursday).

Pay Rate: $40 per hour plus generous bonuses and incentives, including opportunity for profit sharing for the right person.

• Mentoring, motivating, and guiding our talented stylists to achieve their full potential.
• Working on the floor providing colours, cuts & styling services.
• Stock control: ensuring products are well-managed, ordered, and cost-effective.
• Rostering: balancing team availability with client demand.
• Driving team growth, client satisfaction, and business success.
• Maintaining a professional, positive environment where both clients and team members thrive.
