About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about organisation, communication, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will oversee the performance of our warehouse and ensure smooth coordination of installations, stock control, and dispatch operations. You will work closely with our Operations Manager and wider teams to meet project timelines and deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support warehouse team

Oversee and maintain inventory accuracy and control

Coordinate hardware installations and dispatch scheduling

Manage warehouse performance, ensuring compliance with OH&S standards

Support the Operations Manager with project coordination

Conduct stock takes and maintain accurate warehouse records

Pick, pack, and dispatch orders efficiently and on time

Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment

Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding orders and logistics

Perform data entry and general warehouse administration tasks

Assemble and prepare hardware components as required

What You’ll Need

Prior experience in warehouse management or coordination

A current forklift licence (essential)

Strong leadership and communication skills

A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail

Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Solid computer skills for inventory and data entry

Understanding of warehouse safety and OH&S compliance

Experience in the tech, retail, or POS industry (advantageous but not essential)

Hold a current driver’s license

Physically fit and capable of manual handling, lifting, and standing for extended periods
