We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter / Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in all aspects of carpentry and general building practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborating effectively within a team environment while managing and coordinating the activities of subcontractors and other trades on-site.

Taking ownership of the site, serving as the primary point of contact for both employees and subcontractors.

Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure project timelines are met, quality standards are upheld, and subcontractors are efficiently managed.

Demonstrating the ability to work independently, maintaining focus on project completion and overall site management.
