The Position

This company is looking for a Plant Manager to join them, working in the Dandenong, Victoria plant, to manage the day-to-day operations of the liquid treatment facility, you will be responsible for:

• The monitoring of incoming waste
• Ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements
• Plan the day-to-day operations
• Actioning environmental reports
• Conducting screening and testing
• Provide full collaboration with the operations and collections teams

The Benefits

• A salary of up to $160k + Super
• A generous bonus scheme worth (on average) 10% of annual salary

The Candidate

In order to be considered for this role the ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Experience in Liquid Waste Management
• Full compliment of computer skills (MS Word, Excel and CRM platforms)
• A educational background in Environmental Science and/or Chemical Engineering
• Excellent relationship development and people skills
• Is a strong and analytical problem solver
