Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience as a plant manager in the concrete industry is highly regarded

Front-end loader experience is desirable

Tasks & Responsibilities

Batching concrete orders according to specified mix designs

Managing raw material inventory and plant supplies

Allocating trucks and coordinating deliveries efficiently

Overseeing plant staff and drivers to ensure smooth operations

Conducting basic plant maintenance and keeping the yard clean and safe

Processing COD payments
