Levant Central is currently recruiting an experienced Scheduler/Coordinator based in Sydney for a long term, permanent opportunity. The Role

As our Scheduler / Trade Coordinator, you’ll be the central hub of our operations — ensuring the right internal staff and trades, at the right place, at the right time. You’ll coordinate the end-to-end scheduling process across urgent make-safes, restoration works, and full building repairs, while keeping all stakeholders informed and jobs on track.

Key Tasks & Duties

Receive, prioritise, and schedule incoming jobs from clients, and internal project managers.

Allocate work orders to appropriate trades and subcontractors based on skill, availability, and location.

Coordinate urgent make-safe attendances for fire, storm, water, and impact damage events.

Sequence multi-trade projects to meet agreed KPIs and client expectations.

Liaise with site supervisors, estimators, trades, and suppliers to confirm job details and timelines.

Track job progress, manage changes, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and delays.

Maintain accurate job records in our scheduling/job management system.

Communicate regularly with clients, and trades to provide updates and confirm appointments.

Ensure all scheduled works meet compliance, safety, and access requirements.

Support the operations team with reporting and workflow improvements.

Preferred / Desired Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or dispatch roles in insurance building, restoration, construction, or facilities maintenance.

Familiarity with make-safe, restoration, and repair processes in an insurance context.

Competence with job management software.

Understanding of trade sequencing, repair timelines, and industry terminology.

Exposure to insurer KPIs and claims processes (highly desirable).

Current driver’s licence.
