We are a well-established commercial & residential construction company seeking a Leading Hand Carpenter who can roll up their sleeves and take ownership of their role and elevate their skills to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day site tasks and coordinate trades for residential renovation projects.

Read and interpret plans and specifications accurately.

Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring a positive, productive site culture.

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and scopes.

Knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety standards.

Current White Card, valid driver’s license – additional tickets (e.g. EWP, First Aid) highly regarded.
