What You'll Be Doing

Manage end-to-end electrical delivery on rail and construction projects

Lead and support site teams through planning, execution, and handover

Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and exceed expectations

Ensure safety, quality, and budgetary outcomes are achieved

Help shape internal systems and contribute to the strategic growth of the business

What You’ll Need

Proven experience in electrical project management, ideally in rail or construction

A natural leader with strong communication and organisational skills
