We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable Administration & Marketing Coordinator to support our daily operations while helping communicate our brand story to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role — perfect for someone who enjoys both structured administration work and the creativity of marketing. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting smooth operations and helping drive the brand forward.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administration tasks including emails, scheduling, document filing, and supporting the team.
Develop and implement a monthly marketing content plan in line with company goals.
Maintain and update website content, and assist with social media scheduling and engagement.
Assist with client communications, project proposals, and business development materials.
Support the coordination of tender submissions, industry events, and milestone announcements.
Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and service providers to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Assist with general business tasks — from preparing marketing packs to supporting project documentation.
What You’ll Bring:
You’re organised, proactive, and just as comfortable juggling spreadsheets as you are writing marketing copy. You’re excited by the opportunity to work in a hands-on, small team environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll also bring:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Great organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools (bonus if you’ve used Canva, Mailchimp, or similar).
The ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly when needed.
A professional, team-first attitude — and an interest in construction or project management.
