The Role
Are you a creative thinker with a passion for content creation and digital engagement?
We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team! In this hands-on role, you will bring our hospitality brands to life across digital channels, helping to drive engagement and strengthen brand presence across our portfolio.
From managing social media to executing advertising campaigns, you'll be at the forefront of our digital strategy — creating, optimising, and analysing content that connects with audiences and supports business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Create and curate engaging digital content across social media, websites, and email campaigns;
Design and produce high-quality visuals, graphics, and video content aligned with brand identity;
Manage our digital content calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging;
Oversee daily activity across our social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn);
Plan and execute paid social media and Google Ad campaigns to drive traffic and conversions;
Update venue websites with the latest menus, events, and promotions, ensuring SEO best practices;
Build and manage email marketing campaigns;
Work closely with venue managers, chefs, and event staff to develop content and support promotions; and
Collaborate with external contractors or agencies when required.
About You!
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team player who’s ready to dive into a fast-paced, creative role. To hit the ground running, you will have:
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
2+ years’ experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in the hospitality or retail industry;
Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, and Canva or Adobe Creative Suite;
Experience managing multiple social media platforms and a good understanding of current digital trends;
Photography and video editing skills (desirable); and
A proactive, collaborative attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
